Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate is the table detection?
The tool works best with well-structured tables that have clear rows and columns. Complex merged cells or irregularly formatted tables may require some manual adjustment in the preview before downloading.
Can I convert multiple pages with tables?
Yes. The tool processes all pages and detects tables on each page. Use the page selector to view and edit data from different pages. All pages are included in the final Excel file as separate sheets.
What if the PDF has text and tables mixed?
The tool attempts to identify tabular regions based on text alignment patterns. Non-tabular text may appear in the output, and you can edit or remove it before downloading.
Does it support formulas in the output?
The tool extracts raw data values from the PDF. Formulas are not generated since PDFs store display values only, not the underlying formulas.
