Each customer has completely isolated products, inventory, and orders. Admin users can see and manage all customers, while customer portal users only see their own data. Products are assigned to specific customers, inventory is tracked per customer per warehouse, and all orders and invoices are customer-specific.
Customers submit inbound orders through the portal and can download printable barcodes for each item. When goods arrive at the warehouse, staff open the inbound order in the Inbound Receiving module, scan each item's barcode (or manually select items), enter received quantities, mark items as Received or Rejected, and click Complete Receiving. Inventory is automatically updated with the received quantities.
Consignment orders allow your customers to ship goods held in your warehouse directly to their own customers (sub-customers). Customers manage their sub-customer list in the portal, then create consign orders by selecting a sub-customer, picking items from available inventory, and entering quantities. The order flows through the standard fulfillment pipeline: Pending → Confirmed → Picking → Packing → Shipped → Delivered.
