Work Order Management

The core operational module for managing cleaning jobs. Create work orders with client, service, scheduled date/time, priority level (Low, Medium, High, Urgent), location, special instructions, quoted price, and multi-staff assignment. Work orders follow a 5-status workflow: Pending (new) → Confirmed (approved) → In Progress (started, sets timestamp) → Completed (finished, sets timestamp), with Cancelled available from any status. Auto-generated order numbers (WO-00001) with configurable prefix. Each detail page shows full information, assigned staff, status change buttons, and a timeline of status changes. Filter by status tabs, search by order number or client, filter by priority and date range. Export filtered results as CSV.

Online Bookings

A public-facing booking form at `/public/book` lets customers request cleaning services without an account. The page displays your company branding, available services with pricing cards, and a comprehensive form: customer name, email, phone, service selection, property address, preferred date/time, property type (Apartment, House, Office, Commercial, Other), bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and special requests. Bookings follow their own workflow: New → Reviewed → Confirmed → Converted (to Work Order), with Rejected as an alternative. Converting a booking automatically creates a client record (or finds an existing one by email), creates a work order with all booking details, and links everything together. Configure advance booking limits, auto-confirmation, working hours, terms & conditions, and thank-you messages from Settings.

Staff & Activity Tracking

Manage your cleaning team with detailed profiles: name, email, phone, position, hourly rate, hire date, status (Active, Inactive, On Leave), emergency contact, and optional user account linkage. The activity logging system tracks six event types: Clock In, Clock Out, Break Start, Break End, Task Start, and Task Complete. Each activity can be linked to a specific work order with optional notes. The staff detail page shows active work orders count, hours worked this month (calculated from clock-in/out pairs), and total activities recorded. View activity history with date range and type filtering. Export the staff list as CSV.

Create professional invoices with multiple line items (description, quantity, unit price), automatic tax percentage and fixed discount calculations, and auto-generated numbers (INV-00001). Invoices progress through statuses: Draft → Sent → Partial → Paid, with Overdue and Cancelled states. Status updates automatically when payments are recorded or deleted. Print invoices with company logo, client billing info, line items, tax/discount breakdown, payment terms, footer text, and bank details. Record payments across 7 methods (Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Mobile Payment, Other) with auto-generated payment numbers (PAY-00001). Inventory Management

Track cleaning supplies, equipment, tools, and safety gear with automatic stock level monitoring. Each item has name, SKU, description, category (Cleaning Supply, Equipment, Tool, Safety Gear, Other), quantity, minimum quantity threshold, unit type, unit cost, and supplier info. Stock status auto-calculates: In Stock (green), Low Stock (yellow, at or below minimum), Out of Stock (red). Record five transaction types: Purchase (increases stock), Usage (decreases), Adjustment (sets exact count), Return (increases), and Damaged (decreases). Each transaction links optionally to a staff member and work order. Low stock items appear on the Dashboard widget. Filter by name, SKU, category, or status. Export as CSV.
