Partner Program — Terms & Conditions
1. Partner Program membership is granted at Arriverr's sole discretion and may be reviewed at any time. 2. Commission is earned only on payments actually received from customers attributed to the partner. The commission rate agreed at the time a customer is signed up applies to that customer for the life of their subscription. 3. Partners must represent Arriverr and its products honestly and must not make guarantees on Arriverr's behalf that are not in the published product documentation. 4. Arriverr may withhold commission on payments that are refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent. 5. Arriverr may amend these terms; partners will be notified of material changes by email. 6. Either party may end the partnership at any time. Commission already earned on received payments remains payable.
