Rates locked per customer
The rate agreed when you sign a customer up stays with that customer — later changes to your rate never re-price the business you have already brought in.
Note on targets: if a month closes below your quota, your rate for new customers drops to the reduced rate until you hit the target again. Missing 2 months in a row restricts the partner account. Full details are in the .

Partner Program — Terms & Conditions
1. Partner Program membership is granted at Arriverr's sole discretion and may be reviewed at any time. 2. Commission is earned only on payments actually received from customers attributed to the partner. The commission rate agreed at the time a customer is signed up applies to that customer for the life of their subscription. 3. Each partner is assigned a monthly quota of new subscribed customers. The quota is measured per calendar month. 4. If the quota is not met in a calendar month, the partner's commission rate for new customers is reduced to the agreed reduced rate for the following month. Meeting the quota again restores the standard rate. 5. If the quota is missed in two consecutive calendar months, the partner account is restricted. A restricted partner cannot be attributed new customers until Arriverr reinstates the account. 6. Commission on customers already attributed is unaffected by a rate reduction or restriction. 7. Partners must represent Arriverr and its products honestly and must not make guarantees on Arriverr's behalf that are not in the published product documentation. 8. Arriverr may withhold commission on payments that are refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent. 9. Arriverr may amend these terms; partners will be notified of material changes by email. 10. Either party may end the partnership at any time. Commission already earned on received payments remains payable.
